There are numerous wonderful benefits of Quercetin. It is an excellent antioxidant, may reduce cancer risk, aids in fighting infection, and can help lower high blood pressure. During Covid, my husband and I took the recommended dosage of Quercetin and are convinced it kept our immune systems robust. We will never stop taking Quercetin and highly recommend it.
